An exciting remodel of an old grocery store. The front of the building replicates an old theatre with an Art Deco style marquee made of stucco on steel framing highlighted with various colors of neon. The 22,000 sq. ft. project was a rebirth of an old deteriorated site bringing new life to the neighborhood and revenue to the city.
