A major exterior remodel to an old center of 40,000 sq. ft. New canopy utilizes old structure and canopies were added to buttress building due to interior structural deficiencies. Window systems were changed to aluminum and awnings and inset tiles were used to add color to a conservative "mission" type design that won Mountain View's Mayor's Award for best design.
