This shopping center anchors a major housing/commercial development with a myriad of retail shops, including a large grocery store. Multiple buildings were designed to promote pedestrian circulation within the center and from neighboring housing sites. The design concentrates on various forms found on old structures in the Marina area of this old boating comunity.
