A departure from IHOP's prototype, this pad building is designed to match its shopping center. While the exterior facade of this IHOP is substantially different from the company prototype, the basic building floor plan and structure is unchanged as the prototype was designed by Architectural Dimensions to allow for changes without affecting the basic building.
