Located across from City Hall, this building is listed as a significant building in the Civic Center Historic District. It was important to preserve the architectural character of the exterior of the building through the use of materials compatible with the existing proportions and colors. This space required extensive renovation of the interior, not only for ADA, code and safety issues but to reflect California Pizza Kitchen's design theme.
