This historical restoration project is a grand demonstration of urban mixed use redevelopment at its best with 2 floors (60,000 sq. ft.) of retail and 5 floors (200,000 sq. ft.) of office space. The Beaux Arts building features an elliptical Rotunda which rises from the basement floor up to the seventh story. Besides restoration, the building is being seismically upgraded and brought code compliant.
