Architectural Dimensions provided site design, building design, and entitlement services for this project in Fremont, CA. Putting this 3-hotel project on a small lot provided a challenge. The city of Fremont wanted this site to reflect an "urban feeling" which was achieved through layout and design making it an urban oasis in an industrial area.
