AD is the Master Planning Architect for this three-component project that includes a 26,200 sq.ft. retail component and two four-story hotels. A no-build riparian area, height restrictions, two frontages, existing trees and off-site improvements provided a design challenge to reduce site development costs by clustering all improvements in one area.
